Last trip out was a blast, there were huge schools of mackerell all over. Some passed by us just meters off the shore.. the water was literally boiling of fish all over the place :)
When we arrived the conditions were kind of windy, but the wind settled later and thats when it was possible to see all that fish. Didnt catch a single mackerell.. hade two bites of what felt like mackerell so they where there for sure..
As i really couldnt catch any mackerell i decided to fish the bottom again, and then i hooked up a small grey gournard. Catching one of those is a receipt on that you are fishing real close to the bottom, as its a natural bottom dweller.
Beautiful little fish cought with super light shore slow gear and a Blatt cast wide :)
